Alert: water damage in the OISE Library

There has been water damage on the Concourse and third floors of the OISE Library as a result of yesterday’s storms.

The Concourse Level of the Library will remain closed, until further notice.

If you would like access to any of the journals on the Concourse Level of the Library, please speak with staff at the Circulation Desk.  We will do our best to retrieve items for you within 24 hours.

The coin operated photocopier and the bill changer on the Concourse Level are out of service as a result of flooding.  Another photocopier / scanner is available on the 2nd floor of the Library.  If you do not have a TCard, please visit the Reference Desk – you can borrow our Visitor’s Card.

The Library’s south elevator is out of order, but our north elevator is working properly.  A service call has been placed.

Due to flooding on the 4th floor of the OISE building, a number of the ceiling tiles on the 3rd floor of the Library have been damaged.  Please note that one area in particular has been closed off with caution tape.  If you require any resources from this area, please request assistance at the Circulation Desk.  We will do our best to retrieve items within 24 hours.
