Rebecca Ceppas de Castro

Rebecca is a 3rd year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto pursuing a specialist degree in Physics and Astronomy. She volunteers at SONAC – Sisterhood of Native American Coders, a non-profit for teaching Native American young girls how to code and helping them build confidence in the world of STEM. Her passions lie in trying to minimize the gaps in educational opportunity for the global community and making scientific knowledge more available to the public. As a result, Rebecca is always looking for ways to contribute and wants to pursue a future in education.
