Math Monsters (call # C.R. 510 M42697) is a 12 episode animated television series designed for use in the K-2 classroom, developed in cooperation with the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. Each episode focuses on a topic or “Big Idea” such as data collection, measurement, or time. The kit includes also a teacher’s guide with pre- and post-viewing activities, suggested “pause points” for the videos, and line masters to support instruction.
