The ‘Family of Shape’ (CR 510 M896F) activity kit makes learning mathematics fun for preschool and young elementary students using a hands-on interactive approach to acquiring basic math concepts. Students’ interest will be captured through the building of story scenes using the cards and geometric shapes provided in the kit. Using familiar everyday scenes, the story book elements of the kit encourages children to begin understanding mathematical concepts through play-based learning. By reinforcing these basics concepts, young children will develop a firm foundation for future mathematical education.
