A sincere apology to all of our patrons for the problems we continue to experience with our printer. IT staff have been working hard to resolve the problems for several months. Unfortunately, the issues with the printer are extremely complicated, and appear to be caused by networking and software issues, rather than with the printer itself.
There is another printer located on the 3rd floor of the OISE building in the Technology Lounge. Please remember to charge your TCard on either the Concourse Level or the 2nd floor of the Library before visiting the Technology Lounge — the only Cash-to-Card Machines at OISE are located in the Library.
Please note that the printer in the Technology Lounge is only available for use by OISE students, faculty, and staff. If you are not part of the OISE community, there is a printer located on the ground floor of the Robarts Library.
