Welcome to the first Digital Day for Master’s of Teaching students at OISE.
When is it?
- Friday, October 25th from 8:30am – 1:30pm
Why are we doing it?
- To introduce MT students to common technologies in use in schools, in advance of Fall Practicum
- To emphasize the importance of pedagogical approaches when incorporating digital tools to support student learning and needs, assessment, inclusion, Universal Design for Learning, computational thinking, creativity and problem solving, communication, and more
- To support MT students who may want to participate in student clubs or special activities
- To connect MT students to teaching with technology programs that will continue as learning opportunities after graduation
