Thomas Sayers
Research & Program Assistant
Thomas Sayers is a Master of Arts in Child Study and Education student at OISE, where he is learning to become a K-6 teacher who can infuse inquiry into all aspects of the curriculum. He makes all kinds of cool things, from audio walks and podcasts to zines and buttons, and often has an ever-growing stack of books to read. In the past, Thomas has led the public history program at a historic cemetery in London Ontario, marketed for the London Fringe theatre festival and financial start-ups alike, and been a community arts journalist, among other roles. Thomas loves that he gets to be curious forever in his role as a teacher, and is committed to grounding his teaching practice in the experiences and interests of his students.
